SMS Verbal Consent and Opt-In Policy
We only send transactional sms messages (such as checkout links or support).
We collect express verbal consent on recorded calls before sending any transactional SMS (checkout links or support info). STOP/HELP instructions and message/data rate disclosures are provided verbally before each SMS is sent. Full workflow shown below.

Easy Genius Solutions allows customers to receive order-related text messages connected to their phone orders. These messages are used only to:
Send secure checkout links after a caller chooses a product and package
Resend checkout links when requested
Send support or customer service information upon request
We do not use this process to enroll customers into recurring SMS marketing campaigns.
We send SMS messages only in the following situations:
Initial order calls where the caller selects a product or package and verbally agrees to receive a checkout link by text message.
Callback situations where the caller requests that we resend their checkout link and verbally agrees to receive it again.
Support or service situations where the caller requests help related to a purchase or refund and verbally agrees to receive support information via SMS.
Agent: “Okay, so you are going with the selected product and package, right?”
Caller confirms.
Agent: “Perfect. I can send you a secure checkout link by text message so you can complete your order while I stay on the line.
This will be a text message from Easy Genius Solutions to help you complete your order, and if you ask us to resend the link or need help with your order, you may receive a few additional order-related messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Do I have your permission to send this text message to your phone now?”
Caller: “Yes.”
Agent: “Thank you. This call is being recorded and your verbal yes is stored as proof of consent. I am sending the checkout link now.”
Agent: “I can resend your secure checkout link by text message so you can complete your order. This will be a text message from Easy Genius Solutions to help you finish your purchase, and if you ask us to resend it again or need help, you may receive a few additional order-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Do I have your permission to send this text message now?”
Caller: “Yes.”
Agent: “Great. Your verbal yes is stored as proof of consent. I am sending it now.”
Support or service-only messages are sent only when requested by the caller and after verbal consent. Examples include:
Customer service email or contact information
Instructions to help complete, manage, or refund an order
Agent: “If you would like, I can text you the customer service information so you have it handy. This will be a text message from Easy Genius Solutions to help with your order, and if you ask us for more help, you may receive a few additional order-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Do I have your permission to send it now?”
All calls are recorded. When a caller agrees to receive a text message, we log:
The timestamp of the call recording
The caller’s phone number
The type of message sent (checkout link or support-related message)
These records are stored as proof of express consent as required by CTIA and Twilio.
Message frequency is limited and always order-related. It may vary based on the caller’s requests. Typical examples include:
Checkout link messages after verbal permission
Resent checkout links when the caller requests them
Support messages when requested by the caller
Easy Genius Solutions does not send recurring SMS marketing campaigns through this program.
Recipients may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP.
They may reply HELP for help.
Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS sent or received.
Phone numbers are used only for the specific order-related text messages that the caller consents to receive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
